A calm, focused milestone tracker
Personalized timing from CDC milestone data
Every alert is anchored to the CDC's "Learn the Signs. Act Early." program — the same milestones your pediatrician uses. Tuned to your baby's exact age in weeks.

You don't need to remember to open an app. Helpli sends a friendly notification ahead of each typical milestone window, so you can watch for the signs.

One-tap pediatrician-ready PDF summary

What parents ask before they install
When does my baby start smiling, rolling, sitting, crawling, or walking?
Smiling: 2 months. Rolling tummy-to-back: 4 months. Sitting unsupported: 6 months. Crawling: 8–9 months. Walking: 12–15 months. These are CDC milestone averages — every baby's timing varies. Helpli tells you what's coming next based on your baby's actual age.
Is the milestone data from a doctor?
Yes. Helpli's milestone data comes from the CDC's "Learn the Signs. Act Early." program, which is developed by pediatric experts. We don't make up developmental claims — we reference the same milestones your pediatrician uses at well-child visits.
How is Helpli different from BabyCenter or What to Expect?
Those apps are content libraries — you browse articles when you remember to open the app. Helpli sends you a daily notification at a time you pick, personalized to your baby's exact age, so you don't have to remember. No ads, no email signups, no content overload.
What if my baby was premature — should I use adjusted age?
You can enter your baby's actual birth date and Helpli will use that. For now, we don't auto-adjust for prematurity — talk to your pediatrician about whether adjusted age applies to your milestone tracking. (Multi-baby and adjusted-age support is on our roadmap.)
Will Helpli judge me if my baby is "behind"?
No. Helpli's tone is warm and non-clinical — every notification is framed as "your baby may start X soon," not "your baby should be doing X by now." Babies hit milestones on their own timelines. If something genuinely concerns you, Helpli helps you note it and brings it up with your pediatrician.
How much does Helpli cost?
Helpli is free to install and try. A subscription unlocks all helpers including Baby Milestones — see the App Store listing for current pricing. No ads, ever.
Does Helpli share my baby's data?
No. Helpli stores your baby's information securely (your data, your account). It's never sold, never used for ad targeting, and never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use Helpli for more than one baby?
Not yet — Helpli currently tracks one baby per Baby Milestones helper. Multi-baby support is coming. In the meantime, you can create a separate Helpli account per child if needed.
